1. General Information P4Dreams operates as a restaurant providing dine-in, takeaway, and delivery food services. These Terms apply to all users of our website and customers availing our services. 

2. Reservation & Table Policy Reservations are accepted subject to table availability. We may hold your reservation for a maximum of '15 minutes' from the scheduled time. Large group bookings may require advance payment/confirmation. 

3. Ordering & Delivery Orders placed for takeaway or delivery must be paid in accordance with the payment terms mentioned.Delivery charges may vary based on location and order value.We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing & Menu Prices listed in the menu are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes & service charges may apply as per government regulations. Images shown on the website or menu are for representation purposes only.

5. Food Allergies & Dietary RequirementsIf you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform our staff before ordering. We do not guarantee the absence of allergens due to shared kitchen equipment and preparation areas.

6. Payment PolicyWe accept cash, UPI, card payments, and other digital payment methods available at the restaurant. Payment must be completed in full at the time of billing. Any online payment failures are the responsibility of the user and their payment service provider.

7. Refunds & Cancellations Once an order is placed and prepared, **no cancellation or refund** will be provided.Refunds may be issued only in cases of proven order mismatch or food quality concerns, after verification. Delivery partner delays are not eligible for refund.

8. Conduct & BehaviorWe reserve the right to deny service to individuals behaving disrespectfully or violating restaurant decorum. Damage to restaurant property will result in compensation charges.
 
9. Website Usage You may not misuse or interfere with the website functionality. Unauthorized copying or distribution of website content is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy We may collect minimal personal information (name, phone number, address) for order processing. We do not share user data with third parties except for delivery or payment processing.
